How we use your details

This notice covers the Conquer Diwali Gifting 2026 site. It is operated by Conquer Technologies ("Conquer"), the data fiduciary for the information described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your invite code and the gift you choose.
• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address.
• Any delivery note you add.
• Basic security data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to block repeated code guessing.

Why we use it

Only to deliver your gift, send you confirmation and delivery updates, and help if something goes wrong.

Who we share it with

Our courier and fulfilment partners receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We delete delivery details within 90 days after the campaign closes, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to gifting@conquer.com. If you withdraw consent before your gift ships, we won't be able to deliver it.
