Where do I find my code?
In the Diwali invitation email from Conquer. It looks like CQR-XXXX-XXXX. Letters and dashes aren't case-sensitive.
Can I use my code more than once, or choose two gifts?
Each code is personal and redeems one gift. Once you confirm, the choice is final.
What is the last date to choose?
Please choose by 6 November at 11:59 pm IST so we can deliver before Diwali.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in India with a valid 6-digit PIN code. Remote PIN codes may take a few extra days.
When will my gift arrive?
Most gifts are dispatched within 2 working days of your choice. Re-enter your code any time to see the latest status and tracking.
Can I change my address?
Yes, until the gift ships. Email gifting@conquer.com with your order reference (it starts with CQD-).
Do Apple products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Apple product carries Apple's one-year limited warranty, and Conquer, as an Apple Premier Partner and Authorised Service Provider, can help with any service needs.
The site says my code wasn't found.
Check for typos. Codes never use the characters O, I, 0 or 1, so look closely at anything that resembles them. If it still fails, write to gifting@conquer.com from the email address the invitation was sent to.
